NSEB — National Standard Examination in Biology

First stage of the Biology Olympiad pathway toward INBO and the International Biology Olympiad.

Expect molecular biology, genetics, physiology and ecology tested well beyond textbook recall. Qualifiers proceed to INBO in early 2027.

Who is it for?

Students of Classes 11–12. Subject focus: Biology. As with any olympiad, the best candidates are children who voluntarily enjoy the subject — an olympiad should stretch curiosity, not manufacture pressure.
