NSEJS — National Standard Exam in Junior Science

IAPT · Classes 8–10 · 2026–27 window: Nov 2026 · reg opens 1 Aug 2026

The junior gateway (up to Class 10) into the national science olympiad pathway — one of India's toughest school exams.

NSEJS mixes physics, chemistry, biology and maths at Class-10 level with genuinely hard problems. Qualifiers proceed to INJSO, and ultimately the International Junior Science Olympiad.

Who is it for?

Students of Classes 8–10. Subject focus: Junior Science. As with any olympiad, the best candidates are children who voluntarily enjoy the subject — an olympiad should stretch curiosity, not manufacture pressure.
