The RMQ Medal of Excellence forms the third leg of the Award of Triple Distinction. 122 students earned it alongside the AMO Rank Medal and the REAL Medal for Distinction in the same 2025-26 session.

RMQ ran as a series of tests across 11 levels in May 2025. Each participant received a topic-wise competency analysis report along with the result.
