RMO — Regional Mathematical Olympiad

HBCSE (via IOQM qualification) · Classes 8–12 · 2026–27 window: Oct–Nov 2026 (expected)

Stage two of India's maths olympiad pathway — proof-writing begins here. Entry only via IOQM qualification.

RMO cannot be registered for directly; qualification flows from IOQM 2026 scores region-wise. The paper shifts from OMR answers to full written proofs — a different skill worth practising early.

Who is it for?

Students of Classes 8–12. Subject focus: Maths. As with any olympiad, the best candidates are children who voluntarily enjoy the subject — an olympiad should stretch curiosity, not manufacture pressure.
